Chef Matthew Wertman is a well-rounded chef with over 20 years of experience in many different ethnicities of cuisine. Originally from Buffalo, NY, he lived in Salt Lake City in the 90s where he first became a chef. There he honed his skills working at Snowbird Ski/Summer Resort and later moving into the city and cooking at the Red Butte Cafe. Over the years, Chef Matthew moved around eventually ending up back in Buffalo for a few years cooking French cuisine at The Rue Franklin. His adventurous demeanor even led him to a job on a 100' scuba diving live-aboard in the Caribbean. There he cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 32 passengers and crew. Matthew is the type of chef who can cater to most any needs. Whether you're craving Japanese, Italian, Mediterranean or a favorite family recipe, Matt will make things happen!

Celebrity Chef Plum is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America with over 18 years of experience. He has been featured on ABC's The Taste, the Hallmark Channel, eHow.com, and most recently was the winner of Episode 2 of “Guys Grocery Games” on the Food Network. Chef Plum has a passion for simple, easy farm foods, believing great food doesn’t need gimmicks. An avid football fan, Plum is the food writer for proplayerinsiders.com, giving his weekly take and recipe for great game day foods.

Chef Patrick is a classically trained chef who's received critical acclaim by The New York Times. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Pierre trained in France, and has worked in restaurants, hotels, and country clubs in New York and New Jersey. He was also the owner of a small four-star boutique French restaurant in Montclair, New Jersey. Chef Pierre has been a chef instructor at Monroe College and the Art Institute, both in New York. He recently discovered a love for food styling, which means he not only creates beautiful dishes - he photographs them, too.

Chef Sebastian has worked in restaurants and hotels across the globe, from The Swiss Alps to Cyrus to Berlin. He began his training in Germany, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts. His specialties are German, Mediterranean and American cuisines. His credentials include working in a Michelin nominated restaurant. Chef Sebastian enjoys working with simple, organic ingredients that can be presented in a modern and fresh way.

Chef Kristin thrives on being in a creative environment. After traveling across the country to complete various restaurant apprenticeships in Denver, Colorado, Chef Kristin made her way back East to open Blue Heron restaurant in her hometown of York, Pennsylvania in 2005. Chef Kristin specializes in French cuisine and one-of-a-kind pastry dishes.

Chef J, a name that has become synonymous with great food, is a successful chef based in Washington, DC. Chef J has created his own personal style by mixing his love of food with techniques from some of the best chefs in the world.  He has traveled the globe from Tokyo to Belgium, sharing his culinary creations. Some of Chef J's well fed clients have included LeBron James, Lady Gaga, Jill Scott, business executives and the social elite.

Chef Barbara Hineline's culinary path began in the early 1980s at The Watergate Hotel and the esteemed Jean Louise at Watergate. She strives to create dishes that are fusions of the most popular world cuisines. French/Asian is a specialty, as well as Mediterranean and Classic American. Chef Barbara’s most memorable experiences over the past 20+ years, have been catering to Presidents Reagan, Bush, and Clinton, in addition to celebrities including Jodie Foster, George Clooney, Mikhail Baryshnikov, and many more! In July of 2009, Chef Barbara hosted an episode of her own cooking show on the USA Network. Chef Barbara brings a unique passion for food, attention to detail, and a desire to exceed her guests’ expectations.

Chef Brian was awarded his first executive chef position at the age of 27, while living in Cincinnati, Ohio. He went on to become the executive chef at several other properties in Florida and Maryland. In 2001, Chef Brian was named “Florida’s Iron Chef” and was a recipient of the American Tasting Institute Gold Medal for Culinary Excellence. Chef Brian's work has been published in three cookbooks developed by Sodexo. Outside of his passion for cooking, he enjoys hunting and spending time with his family.

Chef Lindsay graduated from L'Academie de Cuisine in Gaithersburg, Maryland, where she focused on classic French cooking and baking technique. Her Caribbean background adds dimensions to her French and American style cooking. Chef Lindsay completed her apprenticeship and worked at Ris DC Restaurant under the leadership of one of the most respected and dedicated chefs in Washington D.C., Chef Ris Lacoste. Chef Lindsay is currently a private chef in Maryland. Inspired by her surroundings, commitment to excellence and her passion to serve the best meal, she is always eager to accept any challenge.

Chef Michael K. specializes in modern American dishes with influences from French bistro, Mediterranean and Asian cuisines. With a culinary arts degree from the Baltimore International Culinary College, Chef Michael uses his creative talents to develop artistic presentations at any table.

After earning a degree at the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Andrew knew he wanted to enter the world of fine dining cuisine. He spent two years at the well-known Nicholas in Red Bank, NJ, honing his craft and learning modern techniques. From there Andrew took his talents to New York City, where he applies his classical training with modern, gastronomical ideas to create art in every plate he presents.

With more than 20 years of experience, including three years as a chef instructor, Chef Michael R's passion and joy for cooking and teaching is infectious.  A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Michael has managed restaurants and private chef services across the globe, spanning from Italy to Hong Kong. He enjoys sharing the world's best dishes, prepared with respect for their origins and the ingredients.

Chef Anna's culinary path began at the age of 12, working at her father’s restaurant. Since then, some of her most memorable experiences over her 20+ years in the hospitality industry have been working for several 3-star chefs in New York as a line cook, and working as a private chef for some elite clients. Chef Anna brings a unique passion for food, attention to detail, and a desire to exceed her guests’ expectations. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, traveling and volunteering with Aid for Friends, which provides meals and a friendly visit to the needy and isolated shut-ins.

Chef Malcolm trained at the French Culinary Institute in Manhattan, his hometown. He specializes in taking classical French techniques and applying them to world cuisine, especially that of Latin America, The Caribbean and the Carolinas. Chef Malcolm was the chef de tournant at Le Poisson Rouge in Greenwich, New York. His culinary idols are Auguste Escoffier and Hiroyuki Sakai.

Chef Vanessa trained at Woodland Job Corps for Culinary Arts to study creativity and culture of foods. She has over five years of experience in restaurants and hotels. Chef Vanessa specializes in American, Italian, Thai, Vietnamese and Caribbean cuisines. She uses her creative talents to develop artistic presentations and excite taste buds at any table.
Philip Thompson

Born in Britain and classically trained in French cuisine, Chef Philip Thompson specializes in home-style cuisine with a contemporary flair and elegant presentation. Chef Philip’s experience includes more than 16 years in hotels and restaurants, including several presidential black-tie events.
Chef Randy

Chef Randy has over 30 years of experience as a chef, including the United States Air Force and world-renowned sporting events. Chef Randy trained at the Culinary Institute of America. He also holds a Master Certification in Hospitality Management from Cornell University.
